Terms and Conditions for our
Rolls Royce Silver Shadow II and
Jaguar S-Type Cars
Cost, Deposit and Balance.
The contract for hire is made between you (the client) and Rolls Royce for Hire Ltd.
DEPOSIT
£50 deposit is required at the time of booking.
Reservations are not confirmed until the agreed deposit is received.
PAYMENT
Payment should be made by cheque payable to Rolls Royce for Hire Ltd and sent to 7 Firs Glen Road, West Moors, Dorset BH22 0EB. Payment can also be made in cash or by debit card or credit card. A receipt will be issued.
Deposits are non refundable
Balance payments must be made in full, 4 weeks prior to the engagement date by any of the above methods. If the booking is made less than 4 weeks prior to the engagement then the full payment is due at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation of vehicle hire may be made in writing,or by e-mail. The deposit is non refundable.
A sum equivalent to 50% of the hire fee after deducting the deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is made after the full balance is paid.
JOURNEY DETAILS AND CHANGES
Journey details can be agreed verbally, but please confirm by e-mail or in writing at the time of booking. After this point any changes to timings, locations, or contact telephone numbers, should be advised in writing or by e-mail to Rolls Royce For Hire Ltd, 7 Firs Glen Road,West Moors, Dorset,BH22 0EB. at least 1 week before the engagement date.
Hire Period
The hire period is calculated from the time of arrival at the first pick up point to the time of drop off at the last drop off point, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking and stated on the booking confirmation.
Additional hire is at the discretion
of the chauffeurs, at the rate of £50 per hour for the Rolls Royce and
£45 per hour for the Jaguar. Any additional hire fees are payable on the
day.
Agreement to additional hire may not be possible if the vehicle is due to continue to a subsequent reservation.
Damage to Vehicles
The hirer accepts responsibility for the conduct of all passengers, and after being presented with appropriate evidence, agrees to compensate Rolls Royce For Hire Ltd for:
- Damage to vehicles, caused by passengers.
- The removal of any items from the vehicles i.e. C.Ds, floral arrangements.
- Vehicle valeting, deemed necessary due to the action of passengers.
- Loss of revenue, if vehicles are unfit for subsequent hire, due to the actions of passengers.
Breakdown
In the unlikely event of vehicle breakdown, Rolls Royce For Hire Ltd will (time permitting) make every effort to secure a replacement vehicle.
If a replacement vehicle is supplied, which varies from the type reserved, a discount of fees payable will be agreed. If a replacement vehicle cannot be supplied, a full refund of fees will be made.
Punctuality
Rolls Royce For Hire Ltd make every possible provision for ensuring that agreed timings are adhered to. However no compensation will be made for late journeys, which are beyond the reasonable control of Rolls Royce For Hire Ltd or which are a result of passengers not adhering to recommended journey start times.
Clothing and other Articles
Rolls Royce For Hire Ltd cannot be held responsible for loss of, or damage to, clothing and other articles, either during or after the hire period
Journey Termination
Rolls Royce For Hire are committed to ensuring that all passengers enjoy their special day, however the chauffeurs reserve the right to terminate any journey if they deem the conduct of any passenger to be either abusive, potentially hazardous to himself or other passengers, to be at risk of causing damage to the vehicles, or to be of an illegal nature. In the event of this occurrence, no refund of hire fees will entertained.
